This Privacy Policy explains how our game ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you install and play our application on iOS and Android devices. We are committed to protecting player privacy. The game is designed to be played immediately without creating an account or providing any personal details.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for, collect, or store your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, or social media accounts.

• No Registration or Accounts: The game contains no signup forms, login screens, or custom user profile inputs.

• No Financial or Payment Details: All In-App Purchases (IAP) for coins, lives, and cosmetics are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never receive, process, or store your credit card or banking information.

DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE (OFFLINE LOCAL DATA)

To provide a smooth, offline-friendly experience, the following game data is stored strictly locally on your device:

• Coin and gem balances

• High scores and gameplay statistics

• Completed missions and level progression

• Unlocked and equipped outfits, accessories, and customization items

• Life energy counts and cooldown timers

• Daily reward consecutive streak progress

• Audio, vibration, and consent settings

All local game data is stored on your device using standard local storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing device cache will erase this local progress.

INFORMATION HANDLED AUTOMATICALLY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

To support leaderboards, advertisements, and game stability, we integrate trusted third-party services that handle non-personal technical data:

A. Anonymous Online Leaderboards (Google Firebase)

• When you achieve a score, it is synchronized to the global leaderboard using Firebase Anonymous Authentication.

• Scores are logged under anonymous player tags (e.g., "Player-1000") with no personal identity or account attached.

B. In-Game Advertisements (Unity Ads)

• Delivers optional rewarded ads (to earn extra lives, coin rewards, or streak bonuses) and occasional interstitial ads.

• May process non-personal device information, such as your general device model and mobile advertising identifier (Apple IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID on Android), subject to your consent.

C. Performance and Telemetry (GameAnalytics)

• Collects anonymized gameplay event logs (such as session duration, level completion, and error diagnostics) to help us optimize game performance and balance difficulty.

D. In-App Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play Store)

• All digital purchases are managed natively and securely by Apple or Google billing systems.

LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS & NATIVE SHARING

• Local Notifications: Reminders for daily rewards and full life refills are scheduled completely offline on your device. We do not use remote push servers or collect device push tokens.

• Native Score Sharing: Sharing your score screenshot uses your device's native sharing menu. No personal data or images are collected by us.

PRIVACY CHOICES & CONSENT (GDPR / CCPA / APPLE ATT)

You have full control over your privacy preferences:

• GDPR (Europe & UK): Players in the EEA/UK are prompted with a consent dialog upon first launch to accept or decline personalized ads and tracking.

• CCPA / CPRA (California, USA): You may opt out of personalized ad tracking directly through the in-game Privacy dialog.

• Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS): On iOS 14.5 and newer, the game requests tracking authorization before accessing the Apple Advertising ID (IDFA).

• Changing Consent: You can review and update your consent preferences anytime via the in-game Settings menu.

COPPA & PRIVACY

Our game is suitable for general audiences and complies with the COPPA. We do not knowingly collect or request personal information at all.

DATA RETENTION & DELETION

• Local Data: You can reset or delete all locally saved game progress at any time by clearing the app data in your device settings or uninstalling the game.

• Cloud Leaderboard Data: Cloud leaderboard entries are stored anonymously without any user accounts or personal profiles.
